1. Acceptance

By using mywings.social you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. User conduct

It is forbidden to: post unlawful, offensive, defamatory or non-consensual sexual content or content infringing third-party rights; harass other users; send spam or commercial solicitations; create fake profiles or impersonate others; attempt to gain unauthorised access. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. User content

You keep ownership of the content you post and grant MyWings a limited licence to host and display it for the Service. You are solely responsible for what you publish.

5. Paid services

Some features may be paid. Prices and conditions are shown before purchase. Refund conditions are described on the relevant page.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". MyWings does not guarantee users' identity or the outcome of meetings and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service or interactions between users.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; changes will be published on this page.

8. Governing law
